Torey was very helpful. I initially thought I received the wrong item and when I contacted Torey about my issues he was very apologetic and only cared about making things right. Come to find out I had the excavator thumb installed in the wrong position. Even though it was my mistake Torey was very gracious. Thank Torey!!
